Add-ons

Common options when the project needs more.

Add-ons are priced as typical starting points or ranges. If the request changes the structure, tools, or maintenance needs of the site, it gets scoped before work starts.

Simple extra pages

$75 each

Straightforward supporting pages using existing copy and assets. More complex service or location pages are quoted separately.

Google Business Profile help

$225

Profile and website consistency, categories/services guidance, photo direction, FAQs, and local presence cleanup guidance. No ranking guarantees.

Admin Lite text edits

$150

A simple owner-edit option for a few approved text fields, such as hours, a special, or a short announcement. The text still needs a protected place to be saved, so this requires setup even though it is not a page builder.

Full editable admin

$400+

Growth or Custom only. Quoted by scope for protected admin fields, image uploads, storage, testing, and handoff instructions.

Post-launch support

Prepaid blocks

2-hr block at $75/hr · 5-hr block at $60/hr · 10-hr block at $50/hr. For small edits, menu updates, seasonal changes, and troubleshooting after handoff.

Standard hosting setup

Usually free

Standard hosting is usually free for the default setup. Your domain renewal stays in your name and separate.

What you provide · what's separate

Two short lists so you know exactly what you're signing up for.

Knowing what you provide and what gets quoted separately makes the first conversation faster and avoids surprises after work starts.

What you provide

  • Rough notes about your business.Send your Facebook page, GBP, current site, or just bullet points. Dave organizes and edits the first draft for the included sections. You don't need to write polished copy.
  • Photos you already have.Up to 5 (Launch) or 10 (Growth). Dave can suggest free stock sources if you don't have enough yet.
  • Your existing logo. Placed as provided. New logo design or brand systems are quoted separately.
  • A review of the draft. One consolidated edit pass, not a stream of one-off emails.

Optional paid extras

  • Research-heavy or long-form copy. Quoted separately when needed.
  • New logo or brand system. Separate engagement.
  • Stock photo licensing.Paid photo licenses are the client's cost.
  • Ongoing edits after launch.Your site doesn't need routine monthly management. When details change, send Dave an update request, buy a prepaid support block, or add limited self-editing if you expect frequent changes.
  • E-commerce, custom apps, complex backends. Scoped as Custom Build, not Launch or Growth.
  • Domain renewal · paid third-party services. ~$10–20/year for a domain. Booking, CRM, email marketing, and similar tools are separate recurring costs if chosen.

What happens next

A clear path from first message to launch.

The goal is to keep the project understandable before money changes hands, while still protecting the launch and handoff process after work begins.

Confirm scope and deposit

We confirm package, add-ons, timeline, revision expectations, and payment schedule before the build starts.

Build and review

You receive a working preview link, then one focused revision pass for the agreed scope before launch cleanup.

Final payment and handoff

Final payment clears before production launch, domain connection, source handoff, or Cloudflare handoff unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Why $300 is possible

Why a Launch Site can start at $300.

The price stays low because the scope stays tight: one focused page, your existing business facts and photos, one revision pass, and a static hosting setup that usually has no monthly hosting bill. You aren't paying for an account manager, a large agency team, a page-builder subscription, or pages you don't need.

No required monthly contract · No hosting markup on the standard setup · Your domain stays in your name · Any add-on cost is approved before work starts.

Recurring costs

The default setup avoids a required monthly website fee.

The normal recurring cost is domain ownership. Cloudflare Pages hosting is usually free for the default static site setup, unless the project adds paid third-party services or a more involved backend.

Ask Dave about your site

Prices are starting points for typical small-business scopes, not a promise that every request fits the same package.

Domain renewal is separate and stays in your name. Many domains are roughly $10-$20 per year, depending on the registrar and extension.

Paid tools, booking systems, email platforms, stock licenses, or unusual third-party services are separate if a project needs them.

No required monthly contract. Standard hosting is usually free. Any add-on cost is approved before work starts.

Pricing FAQ

Common questions before requesting a site.

What if I only have a Facebook page right now?

That is common, and starting there is reasonable. A website doesn't replace your social pages — it gives customers one reliable place to confirm your services, pricing expectations, service area, FAQs, and how to contact you. It also gives referrals a clean link to share, and it's the kind of structured page Google and AI search tools can read more easily than a Facebook profile. None of that is a ranking promise — just the basics that put you on a fair footing.

What if I do not have a domain yet?

That is fine. We can choose one together and walk through the purchase so the domain is owned by you from the beginning.

How long does this usually take?

A Launch Site is typically 1-2 weeks after content, domain direction, and deposit are ready. A Growth Site is typically 2-3 weeks. Custom builds get a timeline with the quote.

Are revisions included?

Launch and Growth projects include one focused revision pass for the agreed scope before launch. Larger changes, new pages, or new features are scoped separately before that work starts.

How does payment work?

A deposit or approved payment link starts the project, and the remaining balance is due at the final-payment step described in the process above. Everything is in writing before deposit.

Can the price change?

The price can change only if the scope changes, such as adding pages, deeper copy, integrations, admin editing, or unusual third-party tools. Changes are discussed before that work starts.

Why does Admin Lite need setup if it only edits text?

If a business owner can change live website text, those edits need a protected place to be saved and a safe login path. Admin Lite keeps that limited to a few approved fields instead of exposing layout, code, images, or page-builder controls.

Do I own the site?

Yes. After final payment you own your domain, your Cloudflare hosting account, the customized website files, and your content. Dave keeps the reusable framework code so it can be used on future projects. You are not trapped in a proprietary platform — another developer can pick the site up later if you ever stop working with Dave.

How quickly does Dave reply?

Within 1 business day. There is no scheduler yet, so the contact form goes straight to Dave's inbox. He follows up to set a short call by phone or video.
