I’m David Fauci. I build practical websites for local businesses that need clear copy, reliable structure, mobile-friendly design, and a sensible handoff. The goal is not to overcomplicate the first version. The goal is to launch something credible that customers can understand and owners can grow from.

The portfolio you see is currently concept work — fictional businesses built to show what each package can look like, not paid client launches. That’s also why pricing, scope, and ownership are transparent here: I’d rather you decide based on what you can actually verify than on testimonials I don’t have yet. When real client work goes live, it will be labeled as such and shown alongside the concept demos.

Nothing gets built until deliverables, revision rounds, and payment timing are agreed in writing. The domain stays registered to the client. The Cloudflare account stays in the client’s name. After handoff, access is reduced or removed unless ongoing support is active.
