This site uses a simple contact form for project inquiries. The form is intended for basic business and project details only, not passwords, payment details, private account credentials, or sensitive regulated information.

How inquiries happen

When you submit the contact form or email DaveTheWeb.guru directly, information you choose to send may include your name, business name, contact details, current website, website needs, project timeline, and other details you include in the message.

Third-party providers

• Email and form-delivery providers may process messages you send to DaveTheWeb.guru.
• Hosting, browser, DNS, security, form-delivery, and analytics infrastructure may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, submission timestamps, and similar operational details.
• Stripe handles payment information when Stripe invoices or Stripe payment links are used. DaveTheWeb.guru does not need your card number by email.

No sale of inquiry data

DaveTheWeb.guru does not sell client inquiry data. Information provided for a project is used to respond, estimate, build, support, and administer the requested work.

Client materials

If you send logos, photos, copy, account screenshots, business descriptions, or Google Business Profile details, you are responsible for confirming you have the right to share and use those materials.
