Empty-home cleaning for closings and lease turnovers, including inside cabinets and closets. Photo checklist included.
Recurring Care
From $115/visit
Weekly or biweekly standard cleans at a lower rate, with the same person and the same checklist every visit.

I started Brookside Cleaning Co. after years of managing cleaning teams for apartment turnovers, where I learned exactly which corners big crews cut. Now I keep a small client list around the Brookside and Waldo neighborhoods so every home gets the same careful clean, from the same person, on a schedule you can actually rely on.

Answers before you ask.
Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?
No — supplies, vacuum, and mop are included. If you prefer specific products for counters or floors, leave them out and they will be used instead.
Are you okay with pets in the home?
Yes. Dogs and cats are welcome to supervise. If your pet is nervous around vacuums, a heads-up helps so the loud part can be planned around them.
How does booking and rescheduling work?
Text or email with your address and what you need, and you'll get a flat quote and available times within one business day. Reschedules are free with a day's notice.
How do I pay?
Card, Venmo, or check after the clean is finished and you've looked it over. Recurring clients can keep a card on file.
What if something gets missed?
Tell Dana within 24 hours and she'll come back and re-clean that area free. The goal is a home you're happy to walk into, not an argument.
